Cecile is a Director of The Navigators and has a career in market research spanning 30 years.

Before co-founding The Navigators, Cecile was Managing Director of Synovate (now IPSOS) in Sydney and held leadership roles in independent agencies before that.

She has a B.Bus.Sc (Hon) degree from the University of Cape Town, majoring in market research and marketing. She is a QPR (Qualified Practising Researcher) with the Australian Research Society.

Cecile is a multi-disciplinary researcher experienced in conducting quantitative and qualitative research across various sectors and industries.
